My programs are based around workout intensity accounted for by a heart rate monitor. This little watch tells you how hard you tried and how many calories you burned. I built my physique and helped others do the same with this amazing gym and cardio partner.

This is an inventory of meal plans that Michelle and I have written or tried over the years that work for specific clients. I think there is a ton of value in these plans for the $10 member because all the member has to do is go to the calculator and find out how many calories they need in the day and then go to the inventory of diet plan and choose one they like. I am uploading to this page weekly. Some of these diets my clients have won overall stage competitions and some of them are for a mom with 3 kids that only has 2 hours a week to give to working out. There should be something in here for everyone.

I write a meal plan that is specific to you, your day and goal; I get the information needed from a questionnaire, skype and heart rate monitor files you send me daily or weekly.
There are many physical barriers that can be a reality to you, I have written or adjusted many plans to account for these “other issues.” We will write you a program that fits your physical ability and pushes your limits.
These are skype calls or phone calls to follow up with plans and to hold you accountable. Usually the plan is written and just before it is sent a consultation covering the plan happens and adjustments are made if needed. The skype also works well for contest prep and posing practice. I think it is important to have a face to face at least once to establish the relationship needed for trust; plus it is fun to meet all of you:)
This is a very important part of the gold plan, to hold you accountable I need to know the numbers your heart rate monitor stored from your workout. This enables me to hold you accountable and know what is happening during your training. This email sent daily or weekly keeps track of calores burned and what kind of calores they are. It also helps when adjustments are needed with the diet plan.
